Early Bird catches the Worm (or Egg)

Thomas was delighted early this morning that a chicken had laid and early egg for him to have for his breakfast - poached on seeded bread - Yummy.

The best of weekends following the worst of weeks :)))

I am a very happy Nanna who will sleep exhausted but happy tonight.

Although I always miss him the most in the few days following a visit.
