For the future

Too windy and overcast to garden. It was also cool so the heating was on for #3 son tonight. I don't know any the front of this house gets so cool.

Plan B, ironing, some housework, some DIY ( priming and undercoating the new wood round the turned round door), some organising (rearranging the books on the book shelves). I was going to watch the Festival fireworks from my window but unhelpfully there is a line of 6 or 7 tall trees which completely blocks my view of the Castle.

This is as much gardening as I did today, 3 blue hyacinths for spring.
