Small Copper (backblip)

Though it does seem to have lost it's helmet!!!!

Had to backblip as we went out.

We had a lovely walk round Hartsholme Park & Swanholme Lakes nature reserve this afternoon.

We had gone with pockets full of peanuts for the squirrels ...... came home with empty pockets ..... mission accomplished! I took quite a lot of photos of the squirrels & had planned to blip one of them ...... until we came across this Small Copper butterfly!

This is the first one of these I've seen this year ...... so it just had to be blipped ..... do hope you like it :-)
