English Muffins

Last night was the official end of summer for me as school began today. During the evening we had a torrential downpour replete with huge lightning bursts and a slap of thunder so loud that I thought I'd been assaulted! Wanted to run and hide in my bed but the postal worker in me knew, that whatever the weather, I must soldier on and finish those muffins for my coworkers!

Upon arrival this morning my muffins were greeted by coffee, butter and raspberry jam :)
