Moderation

I think I was gently chastised yesterday for having found some blue trees in Hazlehead Park. In reality the leaves on the trees were very dark, but not blue, and certainly not as blue as they appeared to be in the picture.

Today I have been much more restrained in my processing of this photograph. It was quite cloudy so I have merely lightened up the shadows, and for a bit of effect "turned on the lights". I had originally expected this to be a B&W image, but found I prefer it in colour.

I went for a coffee at Parx, just off Albyne Terrace. Apart from this moment of relax it has been quite a busy day of preparation for going on vacation.
