Yes the one in the yellow that is too far away to read because of the large queue of people in front of me?

It reads:

"QUEUE? TELL US ABOUT IT
If we have not done as much as possible to reduce our queue time, including opening closed tills and staff providing an efficient service, please tell us so that we can improve in future
(and the hilarious bit)

I know that this anti-shop is staffed by youngsters that hide behind the clothes rails and take an hour to get the right size of shoes...but we put up with it because it is cheap.

However, management by website feedback?
