What's for dinner tonight?

What's for dinner tonight? What can we make with pumpkin, courgette and a couple of onions (plus lots of other fresh stuff outside).

It's nice to grow a few things of your own (if you've got the space and time of course). My wife is getting really good at the courgettes and onions, and I am specialising in the pumpkins .... they are so easy!

Another baking hot day here today. I spent a couple of hours trimming back one of our hedges. It had to be done.
