Eggsactly!!

Took a friend to see the fish shop next to Scotland Street Underground station in Glasgow. This is a marvelous shop with all manner of goodies from sea bream to squid to wood pigeon and venison. Today I decided to experiment and bought a couple of duck eggs. My father loved them but I have never tried them, hence the purchase of only two in case I don't like them.

They do not look very blue but I am sure they will be fine- the question is how to cook them, boiled, fried, poached? Any suggestions before tomorrow morning just after 8.00 am BST.
