The Edge of the Wold

Anyone for a gravy bone?

We managed a walk along the coast in a gap in the showers....that was only a partial gap. This is the point where Gus stops and waits for a gravy bone - when he isn't distracted by the smell of lady dogs (and the rain had washed away the strong scents that preoccupied him last night). Wifie says he looks a bit melancholic in this shot, but in truth he's probably just wondering why I'm pointing that camera at him again, and for once the thought of a gravy bone is keeping him in one place. Besides, I have no other photos to offer today.

Otherwise, a day of rain and travel to and from Warrington for a meeting. The best news is that it's Friday, I have treated myself to one of the beers left over from last Saturday's birthday bash, and Sigur Ros are playing in the background.
