The Golden Hour...

A wonderful evening sunset, twilight, dusk... There's more to this time of day than one first realises!

I often do a bit of research whilst waiting for a photo to load. Tonight I've found out about Rayleigh scattering and the fact that sunset colours are typically more brilliant than sunrise colors, because the evening air contains more particles than morning air.

Maybe I was taught this at school, but I've just forgotten?
