Two and Nine - 29...

We have been wondering for a while if one or more hens has been laying away! Earlier in the summer we found 41 eggs the wrong side of the fence! Fence was repaired by G.

Today we discovered the next place. We'd searched in the bracken and no luck, but as I delivered the hens some polytunnel leaves I was greeted by a Lomond Brown. She emerged from a compost bin adjacent to the gate. As I looked in I saw her egg collection! She had used the fact that the door was missing at the bottom of the compost bin and created her own Gate House!
