Bees as big as horses

Can't believe the size of the bumble bees around here. This is only one of them.

Actually this wasn't the idea for today. I really really wanted to do a landscape, but honestly, there wasn't the opportunity for one good enough. The views down at the Rio Grande was very ordinary - the river level is low, and apart from the shot the rower got of Canada Geese, there wasn't much to see.
