Today I went out to see Millie nad her Parents to talk about her training. Millie is having 2 weeks off as a rest break which is well deserved. Millie who has only been running for 12 months and as a first year runner has an impressive record now being unbeaten in most of her races.

Selected for NZ Secondary Schools Paper Team ( no funding to send team to International event, grant of $250.00 given for Australia trip)
South Island Cross Country Champs Open Women 1st and age group U18 1st
Canterbury Cross Country Champs Open women 1st and age group U18 1st
Timaru Harrier Club Cross Country Champs U18 1st and beat the women home in the 6k while warming down
New Zealand Cross Country Champs Youth Women U18 Silver Medal
Canterbury Road Champs Open women 2nd (shoe lace come undone and lost 30secs) Youth Women U18 1st
Australian Cross Country Champs Repesenting New Zealand (Debut) Women U20 ( 17-19) 19th and 3rd NZr to cross the finish line, NZ team placed 4th in teams race 31 august 2013. All these rsults are since February 2013 and most races were 2 weeks apart.
As you can see I am one very proud coach. Thank you Blippers who have supported Millie by cheering her on from all over the world.
