Landing all Finished....

Now we are moving down stairs and into the hall, painting as we go.
I have now found a decent electrician to fit the new consumer unit (fuse Board). and give me a certificate ready for the new tenants to move in.
Next we get a Gas certificate, I have the name of a decent gas fitter that can provide me with one, and then we will be fully legal, in fact better than fully legal.

Mrs BM is painting the bottom half of the walls, as she can't reach the heights of the ceiling with her dodgy knee.
