Decided to give Pilate's a miss tonight as I really was in the mood for a walk through the Botanical Gardens.
Had a coffee first then had a walk.

This definately wasn't the best shot of the evening, but I like it! I crouched down, took a few shots and tried to get back up! I went all stiff and the pain that shot through my lower back was a killer, and still is. I really hope I haven't done any more damage!! I waddled back to the car and now am lying flat on my back on the floor. So, another reason as to why I am uploading this one!!

Oh, how I wish I had gone to Pilate's!!
