Day Six .................

................... of eight.

After the energetic foray into Valetta and Sliema, on Tuesday, yesterday was spent chillaxing round the huge pool ...... followed by our evening meal, a stroll along the seafront and a couple of drinks in the bar.

Whilst wandering along I thought that, if I could manage to stay awake until after midnight (it's been a hard day chillaxin' you understand!!) I would take my camera and try to get the harbour lights and the church! No tripod so the only means of support were the pointy topped pillars supporting the railings ....... not perfect but they worked well enough.

Into the night ..............

Here you can see the church (featured in previous blips), the beach (with still some people on it - even at 00.30 hrs), the harbour area and our hotel just above the slipway on the right ...... oh and the sea is there too.
