Full Beam

When I walked out of my house for a run this morning this is what greeted me in the "Christmas Tree" field next to our house. Whilst I liked the effect of this full beam I make a plea to all drivers on country roads to please reduce your full beam when approaching walkers, runners or cyclists. It's just as blinding for us as it is for other drivers. I now have two very muddy legs as as I veered off into a ditch and tripped into some mud. It's a bug bear of mine and there are many many months before the mornings lighten again - bleurrrrrggggh....
