Great Smokies

We arrived in Knoxville this afternoon - my first visit to this very beautiful part of the world.

On a post-dinner walk, our host pointed out the view - my first glimpse of the Great Smoky Mountains. The fall colour is only just starting, and I can only image how stunning it will be in two or three weeks.
