Poise .....

..... and grace.

This evening I've been on a very enjoyable run on the moor with DrMackem, Mr M and Spartan. The four of us ran from the Cow & Calf over the moor stopping at the cairn and the Badgerstone before eventually reaching Cowpers Cross ( with lots of shouts of BOG ! on the way ). We reached the cross just as the sun was setting and were treated to a beautiful sky.

The run back was along the new stone path ( I managed to trip and have a graceful fall face first on to the stones, no major damage, just a few grazes and a torn running top ). After the run the four of us were joined by Yearofhappy for a drink in the Cow & Calf hotel where we spent an enjoyable hour or so putting the world to rights.
