The Mighty Jaws of Life!

Backblip for Saturday, which was Doors Open Day in Stirling. We made a number of visits, the first of which was to the local fire station. We were shown some of the rescue gear that the fire engines carry, all in handy pull-out trays along the sides. This was the tray containing the hydraulic attachments used to open up crashed cars. They included some giant hydraulic scissors and these magnificent 'jaws of life' (as it says on their label!). I hope that I (and none of you) ever need them!
