Another Birthday Girl

My friend had her 90th birthday this week. Today we celebrated with a surprise party for her. She grew up on an island off the coast of British Columbia. The first seven years of her life she lived by a lighthouse, which her father helped keep. Her mother would dress her in a bright red coat, so when she wandered on the beaches with her cousin, she could be easily spotted from far off. She is full of intriguing stories, and a delight to be with!
