Flash

Both Luna & Flash seemed to really enjoy the walk this morning. Luckily for two thirds it remained dry and for the last half hour we diverted in to the cover of the forest, walking through the trees rather than using a path. Stayed dry but probably picked up a few extra ticks.

This second-hand, lousy, cool, wet weather from the UK & France is annoying but c'est la vie. At least nowadays it's no longer acid rain. Now that the weather forecast says it's autumn, I guess have to accept the fact but when I look around in the garden, very few of the trees or bushes seem to agree, with virtually no sign of browns and reds. Even the horse chesnut which normally sheds it's leaves in summer due to the leaf miner moth has very few brown leaves. So just a matter of waiting a few days for the return of late, late summer!

Hope you all had a good start and remembered flowers for the boss. Monday's behind us, it can only get better.
