Bandsman of the year

No , I haven't been awarded this, but have the job of getting a new one before our next concert. The band is not flush with cash at the moment given a huge rent increase, and mr H suggested we just found more room down the back of this to put the plaques proclaiming the winner. However the first winner of this trophy was in 1983, so I think we may be able to justify a new one. Question will be, should it be Bandsman or Bandsperson of the year?
