Fish Soup.

Bruno Berthin gave us a guided tour of his fish soup factory. No additives or preservatives- just a mix of fish and shell fish. Delicious with croutons and grated cheese.

It is always a pleasure to meet someone who is passionate about the good quality food that they produce. A case came back in the car to be slurped as the nights draw in.
