Late night emergency botany

I've been up in the wet and windy north-west for the last three days, so having to do some back-blipping tonight. I arrived in Silverdale very late on Saturday after a slow journey up the M6 and a lengthy meal with relatives. So...I arrived at my B&B very late with no photo in the bag for that day. It's amazing what comes along to the rescue in such situations. One of the first things that struck me on being shown into a very nice room was a wonderful oriental (I guess) lamp shade with flower images painted on it. I decided this would constitute my natural history photo for the day. I didn't waste too much time trying to identify it as I was so tired.
