Peacock Jam!

One of the lovely little personal touches that Selma did for her daughter's wedding was to make a little jar of jam for every guest as a wedding favour. I brought a couple home and just spotted them looking lovely on my pot shelf! The colour scheme for the whole wedding was 'Peacock' hence the peacock jam! (no peacock's were actually harmed in the making of it!)
