Strange Tropisms.

It was very nearly "Oddly Tropic", then I thought "NAH! coz...
1. Folk'll think I mean tropical.
2. Even if they do, the weather ain't the least tropical.

When Ah waz a lad.... We were taught that shoots tended to be negatively geotropic and positively phototropic; with roots the converse. This"thing", which I can only imagine is a root, appears to think it's a shoot, heading madly up and out.
