Sammy the Stuffed Salmon

This is Sammy, the centrepiece of a buffet we supplied today for a golden wedding anniversary celebration.

I don't think anyone quite realises the stomach churning sweats we get when we are involved in someone's big day. The delight when slicing, not to find a single bone in a whopping great salmon, the fear of dropping it on the way out to the car, the wait to hear its all gone well.... I love working with my husband, the degree of stomach churning is manageable with him in the kitchen.
