Dusky damsons ...

The small damson tree in my mother's garden is laden with fruit this year. Sadly mum's eyesight is so poor these days she can't see the bounty of her garden, let alone the beauty of the bloom on the fruit.

Worse still she is in hospital at the moment after a fall ... so our planned trip to Suffolk took a very different turn. Staying in her house without her is very odd. As she doesn't have a wi-fi connection blips will be very intermittent. Off to visit shortly. Fingers crossed for some improvement overnight.
