The beholder's eye

Too much work!!!

Raining again today, and I had to buy a new washing machine so no time to go Blipping after work! In light of this I decided to take a pic of our works requisition board to be my blip for today.
I work in the science department of a busy school, we have 10 labs, and six periods a day so the potential for 60 practicals to prepare a day. My predecessor helped devise this board that is on our prep room wall.
Each week the teachers fill in a form asking for any practicals they require. The computer programme then converts these into the little slips you see on the board, we chop these up, and two copies are attached to the board use g coloured magnets the colour showing who will prepare that prac ( mine are red ).
We then simply take our coloured slips and prepare the tray, leaving one copy on the board the other is stuck ln the prac tray, and delivered to the lab. If the second magnet is beside the first the prac is prepared and ready to go, if the magnet is on top it is delivered and In the lab. When we bring the tray back after it has been used we take the slip off the board.
It is a great system but as you can see ( and this is only a small piece of the board) there is just too much work at the mo!!!
Roll on tomorrow afternoon!!
