Chai Latte

Been grumpy over this prolonged spell of rain. It has stopped all my early morning swims outside. To cheer myself up, I'm having a splurge on fortyfying herbal teas and non-dairy lattes.

This one is made with a blend of almond and hemp milk, a little maple syrup, plus my own chai blend (cinnamon, cardamon, ginger, nutmeg, pepper). You could use a chai teabag instead, but it would be 2nd best. Blitz everything in a blender and then gently warm through on the stove. Brazil nut-milk is great for a comforting drink, too.
