Sweet Swiss chard salad

Swiss chard is so mild it's easy to use raw. Like spoinach and beets it is high in oxalates, so be moderate if this affects you. This is balanced by plenty of minerals, and vitamins, not to mention protein.

I like to use it in smoothies, stir-unfry, and also salads. Seen here with celery, red pepper, and avocado. Marinated in lemon juice, miso and a ittle balsamic vinegar.
