Laces - banished!

Bought myself some elastic laces for my running shoes today - the idea is if I'm doing triathlons then I don't have to bother spending the precious few seconds tying laces in transition.

I'm a bit dubious about them - but we'll see when I run tomorrow...

Day 3 of emergency daddy daycare and Miss42 is off to the child minders so got to work for most of the day.
