A mental week here with Mrs42 away in Plymouth with her mum and her dad in hospital down there (he was working away and had a stroke and then got very poorly in hospital but is now getting a lot stronger). So I was on emergency daddy daycare.

End of the week though and it's been quite productive and I've had some help from friends to keep on training / exercising and looking forward to a fun weekend with little miss and Mrs42 coming home (I hope) on Sunday.
