A really grey afternoon yesterday, just before a really big thunderstorm.

I once read an interview with a farang (white person) who had lived in Bangkok for years. When asked what 3 things he would do if he was Governor of Bangkok, his first directive would be 'bury the wires' and he certainly has a point.
