My day was stressful. I was alone in the office and die Scheiße hat den Ventilator getroffen. Which is quite a neat translation of the phrase describing the excrement/air-conditioning interface but actually in German you would say "Wenn die Kacke am Dampfen ist".

My phone was ringing pretty much constantly the entire day.

However, fires were extinguished and play could continue.

What was quite nice though, was that I made a few people laugh along the way - in a laughing-with sense, rather than laughing-at.

Blimmen exhausted now though.
