Remodelling

Remodelling the burn.
Landscaping it perhaps?
I'm just praying they don't put it under a culvert.
The birds have lost the bushes whose seeds they harvest at this time of year.
Today they were hopping amongst the machinery and mud foraging for insects in the upturned earth.

Otherwise a positively balmy day, grey and still.
I spent most of it scanning photographs and dealing with workmen.
'Improvements' abound.
