These two also happen to be my food producers for the evening (notice the apron stained with experience).
Check out the use of extra serviceware that makes up my "platescape." The use of bowls to divide each item gives a visual reminder of the amount consumed, rather than letting all items mingle on a plate to be pushed around leaving only the appearance of consumption.
