My Meal Environment

On a busy morning I tackle the acrobatic feat of eating cereal while driving.
This "kitchenscape" certainly limits the available foods and adds barriers to food access. I anticipate that the lack of lighting, and "distractions" of driving detract from flavor and sense of satiety, which increase the likelihood of eating the entire bowl regardless of hunger or enjoyment.
