The Coots New House

Havent been out and about since Jake fell sick and today when I went to the Bank decided to have a quick look at what the Coots were up to in the hidden lake.

Had to laugh at what they've done. Originally they had built their nest in the water. Then we had a flood and the nest was washed away. Then someone threw this pallett into the water and now the Coots have made it their home.

They must have spent hours collecting all this stuff for the nest, and Mrs Coot is perched on the top. Cant wait to see the babies, this will be like their own personal jetty:))

In other news, Jake had a bit of a shakey day today, and a toiletting accident in the office which caused a lot of shaking, poor thing thought he was in big trouble:( Its like two steps forward and one step back!
