Throwing Caution to the Wind

This image spoke to me as I walked past it today. I feel I need to take caution just now. In everything I do. Some scary thoughts that I would love to carry out but not brave enough. I feel very close to losing control and doing something stupid or crazy.
Today the plan was to get to the chemist, bank and supermarket. Despite being awake really early again I managed the chemist only, and only because I had no tablets left. The rest of the day has passed in a blur.

Off out to my gran’s for tea with Mum soon :( 
