Apples to Apple Chips

Seeing how the fall is apple season Josh and I have wasted no time stocking up on apples for the winter. We have peeled, cut, and frozen 4-1 gallon bags and also started to make apple chips. We are going to make much more with them but just need to find the time to get them done.

Apple chips are so easy. Preheat oven to 200, cut apples in thin slices, place on parchment paper on a baking sheet, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on each side and bake for 2-3 hours flipping after 1-1 1/2 hours. Let cool and enjoy.
