Bus Stop ...

... wet day.

We went down to the 'Big Breakfast' this morning. We were soaked by the time we got there despite thinking we had dressed for the weather. It's great to have the full English once in a while and this is a great occasion for an excellent cause. I blipped it a few months ago and told you about the charity for children in Zambia which has been going in village for several years now. We always meet up with folks and have a good old chinwag.

The rain had slackened off a little bit by the time we left but it soon resumed and has been going most of the day. I wasn't aware from the weather forecast it was going to be like this or of the tremendous thunder storm that was going for much of the night!

I took this shot of Cross House on the way back. I've given it a bit of treatment because HDR will always deliver a bit of sunshine on a dull day. I've blipped this house before but this a different angle on it.

It's a grandad night tonight as we have the little bodgers for an overnight stay and Phoebe and Paul will be coming for Sunday lunch and to pick them up tomorrow. Better get the stove fired up for some pizza then!
