Is that from a bird??

We were leaving the doctor's parking lot and all of a sudden the windshield got hit!! Holy crap that must have been a huge bird!! Was what went through our minds at first. My mother and I were cracking up because it scared us and well it looks like poop!! We had driven under an apple tree that had a few rotten ones and I guess this one wanted to hitch a ride!
