Poisoned Ivy

Actually not strictly true as I think it was just torn asunder from the back wall of the Fiddle & Bone, Birmingham. Also you can't actually see any Ivy. The real point of this picture is that, after around six years lying empty, the Fiddle & Bone is going to re-open in the Spring. For someone who rarely sets foot in a pub that gives me an inordinate amount of pleasure to announce.

After the inspiration constipation of this week, it was nice to know what I was going to photograph today and just go out and do it. Even if the resulting picture isn't that great.

The building to the immediate left of the F&B is the The Roundhouse - which is on my to do list.
