Ouch

One ankle didn't get on too well with my walking boots at the weekend. I decided to sort it out today, probably 48 hours too late....yowwwwchhhhh! All better now. A quick and blurry blip!

Forgot to add this link regarding the start of October. This is one of my favourite songs, little known but sung by one of my fave vocalists. Was surprised and delighted to find someone had posted it out to a load of fans of this group en-mass this morning. A nice start to the day!
