Sheltering From The Rain

Ok, it's my day off and it's raining, so nothing will get done in the garden! Even the cows had sought shelter under the trees from the downpour.

A nice day at home, the usual Telegraph crossword enjoyed with Mother over lunchtime and then a nice long phone chat with Cousin in the afternoon. I brought her up to date with #1 Daughter's wedding plans. It's amazing how much detail us girls can get to once clothes come up in conversation!

Exciting F1 on the telly, a comfortable home with the prospect of a roast dinner later: a good life whatever the weather!
