Ten out of Ten

I made a lemon cake this morning. I'd been given the recipe at the weekend and decided to try it out today. I took it round to Ellen's this afternoon for the girls to give me their opinion...ten out of ten said Ellen. I do have to admit it was as light as a feather. This is not a good pic but I had to take it quickly before Pat tucked in to another piece.

I'm in baking mode....I wonder what to try tomorrow???
