Stuck in the middle with you

Grey, grey go away. Rain go with it. In the middle of Ellon is Neil Ross Square. In the Square is this sculpture. No idea what it means or what it is about. But there it is, and I have seen worse. Was down there getting haircut and now I am off into my Mum's to fix a shelf for her before her new fridge/freezer arrives on Monday.
