Order,Order!

Order and preciseness are important and can either be used to benefit as in this photo or can be a handicap if they lead to anal retentivness. I can be accused of having a bit of the latter but am trying hard with my blip photoing to overcome this handicap and see things with a more relaxed and artistic eye.

says, "Aren't the nights fair drawing in?" and also the mornings. Whereas in midSUMMER
( a misnomer if ever there was one),it was light and bike friendly at 4:45 am ( yes I know, a ridiculous time to be roaming the streets of the Capital, but the benefits of having no traffic and the world fresh and all to yourself is enormous) now it's lights on at 6 am and much more traffic. The upside is that bedtime is at a later more sociable time. Soon it will be too dark in the morning to venture out until after all the work and school related traffic has lessened.

My bike is at the bike doctors this morning having a wee mot before it goes to sample the delights of cycling in the Loire. The leader of the CTC group we are going with MAY have a sense of humour when she suggested having nice new brake blocks for all the long downhills. You can figure out what this could mean. I hope she jests!
